Experience Requirement

- 8+ years of overall experience with 3-4 yrs of Team Handing Exp.
- Currently or previously managing a team of 1020 direct reportees.
- Strong people management and stakeholder-handling skills

TEAM handling experience on paper is mandatory . Open to explore JL4A profiles also for this role .

Mandatory Criteria

- Strong LPM (Legal Process Management) domain knowledge OR Proficient Contract Management expertise

- Must be permanently based in Pune and flexible for WFO
- Versatile to extend working hours as per business requirements

Role Overview The Manager will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned legal processes, ensuring service quality, SLA adherence, governance, compliance, and continuous process improvement in line with Infosys policies and client commitments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage legal process operations and people (strong soft skills required)
2. Understand project workflows and operating procedures
3. Handle day-to-day operational activities

4. Monitor SLAs and ensure strict adherence
5. Collaborate with production teams and client stakeholders to meet quality and performance benchmarks
6. Manage internal and external governance

7. Ensure process compliance and audit readiness
8.



Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
9. Track, analyze, and resolve client feedback and escalations
10. Support training, transition, and transformation initiatives

11. Manage Quality, Risk, Information Security, and Process Progression modules
12. Drive process improvements and explore growth opportunities

Required Skill Set

1. Strong legal aptitude with solid understanding of contract management concepts and terminology

(Court practice or litigation support experience will not be considered)

2. Hands-on experience in interpreting high-end contracts
3. Excellent legal summarization skills
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
6. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (Pivots, Formulas) and PowerPoint

7. Strong team management and client interfacing skills; ability to work independently
8. Knowledge of project management concepts is an added advantage
9. Flexibility to extend work hours when business demands

10. Excellent people management and influencing skills
