Required Qualifications

- Bachelors in Civil Engineering and 7+ years in Contracts Management

Key Responsibilities
- Administer construction contracts, ensuring compliance with contract conditions, Railway standards, and project specifications.
- Review and process contractor bills, variation orders, claims, EOTs, and payment certifications.
- Monitor contract performance, identify contractual risks, and recommend mitigation measures.
- Maintain contract records, correspondence, and documentation for audits and dispute resolution.
- Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, and PMC team on contractual matters and submit periodic contract progress reports.
