About Blubein

Blubein is a science-backed nutraceutical brand built around quality and transparency. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) is our primary paid acquisition channel, and we're looking for someone who can turn consumer insights into strong ad ideas, hooks and scripts — for Meta campaigns as well as in-house video concepts and content beyond it.

What You'll Do

- Develop hooks, creative angles and scripts for paid video ads, primarily for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, as well as in-house video concepts
- Write UGC scripts, headlines and static ad copy for Meta ads
- Create briefs and scripts for UGC creators and influencers
- Research customers, competitors and trends for fresh creative ideas
- Work with editors and AI creative tools to turn scripts into finished ads
- Track CTR and hook rate on everything you write, and treat improving them as your core success metric — not just producing content

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years in scriptwriting, copywriting or performance creatives — D2C/agency experience preferred
- Robust understanding of consumer psychology, hooks and direct-response copywriting




- Strong hands-on ability to write short-form video and UGC scripts
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and how creatives are tested/scaled there
- Genuine interest in fitness and health supplements is highly prioritized — you should understand category language, common objections, and what claims actually land with a health-conscious buyer
- A track record of using CTR/hook rate data to actually change what you write, not just report on it
- Portfolio of real scripts, ads or creatives you've personally worked on

This Role Is NOT

❌ Social media management / content calendars

❌ SEO or blog writing

❌ Graphic design or video editing

❌ Media buying / campaign management

We're looking for someone who can find the angle, develop the idea and write the creative that gets produced — and who's genuinely motivated by watching CTR move because of their work. Fitness enthusiasts and candidates with health/supplement knowledge will be given preference.
