About the Role

We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our brand's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social platforms. You'll be the voice behind our content, responsible for building engagement, growing our audience, and executing bold, aggressive marketing campaigns that get results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, copy) on a consistent schedule
- Develop and execute aggressive marketing strategies to boost visibility, followers, and engagement
- Stay on top of trends, hashtags, and platform algorithm changes to maximize reach
- Write compelling captions, headlines, and ad copy that reflect the brand's voice
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data and insights
- Engage with the online community — respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams to align content with business goals




- Identify influencer and partnership opportunities to expand brand reach

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in English (or related field)
- Proven experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram required; other platforms a plus)
- Robust writing and content creation skills — you should be comfortable crafting copy from scratch
- Understanding of social media marketing strategies, trends, and analytics tools
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging visuals and storytelling
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or content editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc.) is a plus
