We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who can manage our online presence, create engaging content, and generate qualified business leads through social media and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Velantrio Ventures' social media profiles across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute a monthly social media and content strategy.
- Create engaging posts, graphics, reels, videos, carousels, and business-related content.
- Write professional captions, promotional content, and campaign copy.
- Identify and target potential BPO, KPO, logistics, customer support, and outsourcing clients.
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, social media, online research, and other digital channels.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new opportunities.
- Build and maintain a relevant business network on LinkedIn.
- Handle LinkedIn outreach, prospect identification, and initial engagement.
- Track leads, responses, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team to convert social media leads into business opportunities.
- Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors, and industry developments.




- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on social media growth and lead-generation performance.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Management
- Practical experience in B2B Lead Generation
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn
- Content writing and copywriting skills
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools
- Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Ability to identify and research potential business clients
- Good communication and English writing skills
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media analytics
- Creative thinking with a business-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently and meet lead-generation targets
