Tuskmelon is looking for a content strategist who can be the strategic spark behind our clients' communication. The role involves understanding client businesses, audiences, objectives and brand positioning, and transforming them into strong content strategies, creative ideas and digital communication. You will work closely with clients and collaborate with our Content, Creative, Design, Motion and Digital Marketing teams to take ideas from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements, business objectives, audience and brand positioning.
- Develop content strategies, content pillars, campaigns, themes and communication directions.
- Act as a key content point of contact for clients and confidently handle content-related discussions and presentations.
- Generate fresh, relevant and platform-specific content ideas based on trends, audience insights and industry context.
- Create clear briefs and strategic direction for internal writers, designers and creative teams.
- Collaborate with Content, Design, Motion and Digital Marketing teams to ensure effective execution.




- Review and refine content to maintain brand consistency, quality and strategic relevance.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future communication.
- Stay updated with digital trends, emerging content formats and AI-enabled content tools.

What We're Looking For

- 1 - 3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, digital marketing, brand communication or a similar role.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital content.
- Excellent communication, presentation and client-handling skills.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of AI tools for research, ideation and content development.
