What you’ll be responsible for:
- Develop content strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Define content pillars, themes and communication directions
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars
- Develop concepts for Reels, posts, stories and campaigns
- Create hooks, captions, scripts, copy and campaign messaging
- Develop brand stories and consumer-focused communication
- Research consumer behaviour, trends, competitors and cultural moments
- Identify trending topics and convert them into relevant brand content
- Develop content ideas for product launches, campaigns, offers and activations
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, social media and marketing teams
- Prepare creative briefs and provide clear content directions
- Analyse content performance and identify actionable insights
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, messaging and storytelling
- Experiment with current content formats to improve reach and engagement

✔️ Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills
✔️ Understanding of social media platforms and content trends
✔️ Ability to understand consumer behaviour and audience interests
✔️ Strong copywriting, ideation and communication skills
✔️ Data-driven approach to content performance
✔️ Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams
✔️ Experience in FMCG/consumer brands will be an advantage
