Crawl Digitally is looking for a Content Strategist Intern who understands social media, enjoys researching trends, and can turn ideas into content that actually connects with audiences.

Location: Indore

Work Mode: On-site

Employment Type: Full-time Internship

Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹8,000/month

Opportunity: Full-time conversion based on performance

What You'll Do

- Develop content ideas and strategies for D2C brands across social media platforms.
- Research trends, competitors, audience behavior, and content formats.
- Create monthly/weekly content themes and content plans.
- Develop content hooks, concepts, and creative directions for Reels, posts, stories, and campaigns.
- Work closely with the SMM, UGC, Graphic Design, Video Editing, and Performance Marketing teams.
- Review content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, topics, and social media trends.
- Help maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and content positioning.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, launches, and brand-specific content.

What We're Looking For

- Strong interest in content strategy, social media, and digital marketing.




- Good understanding of Instagram and other major social platforms.
- Ability to research and identify relevant trends.
- Solid creative thinking and idea generation skills.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Understanding of hooks, CTAs, storytelling, and audience psychology is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of D2C brands and their social media presence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Freshers with relevant skills, internships, projects, or a strong content portfolio are welcome.

Bonus Points If You Can identify why a piece of content is performing well.

Have created content calendars or social media strategies.

Understand Reels and short-form content formats.

Have a portfolio, Instagram page, college project, or previous work to showcase.
