We are hiring for a Content Strategist – Fitness, Performance & Sports Nutrition for a Leading D2C Health & Wellness Company .

? Location: Gurgaon – Sector 62

? Experience: 5+ Years

? Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 Days

? Key Responsibilities

• Develop the overall content & communication strategy across Performance Marketing and Social Media .

• Create high-performing hooks, scripts, communication angles and creative concepts for Meta and other digital platforms.

• Develop creative angles based on consumer pain points, benefits, objections and motivations .

• Build social media content strategy across fitness, nutrition, performance, hydration, recovery, sleep and product education .

- Simplify product science and technical information into engaging, consumer-friendly communication.

• Create content briefs, scripts and communication frameworks for creators, influencers, designers and video teams .

• Partner with Performance Marketing teams to analyze winning creatives and improve hooks, retention and conversion communication .

• Track emerging trends across fitness, sports nutrition, social media and global content .

- Analyses Indian and international competitors and identify communication opportunities.




- Support product launches and campaigns through strong storytelling and integrated communication.

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Brand Content or Performance Creative Strategy

✔️ Robust interest and understanding of fitness, sports nutrition, supplements and wellness

✔️ Excellent copywriting, storytelling and script-writing skills

✔️ Understanding of consumer psychology and performance marketing creatives

✔️ Strong awareness of Instagram, YouTube, creator culture and emerging content formats

✔️ Ability to translate product science into simple, engaging consumer communication

✔️ Ability to create content that delivers both engagement and business results
