About the Role
We are looking for a creative and self-driven Content Creator who can independently come up with fresh ideas and create engaging content for our brand.
We are not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. We want someone who can think creatively, understand the brand, experiment with new ideas, and take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and creative content for social media and digital platforms.
- Plan and develop new content ideas based on current trends and brand requirements.
- Independently conceptualize content ideas and execute them from start to finish.
- Maintain a consistent visual style and quality across all content.
- Research social media trends, references, formats, and creative concepts.
- Collaborate with the team to understand products, campaigns, and brand requirements.
- Continuously experiment with new creative approaches to improve content quality and engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Robust creative thinking and an eye for detail.
- Someone who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- A self-motivated person who takes initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Reels, social media trends, and digital content.
- Basic to good knowledge of photo/video editing tools.
- Ability to understand a brand's visual identity and maintain consistency.
- Willingness to experiment, learn, and try new ideas.
- Previous experience in content creation, social media, video editing, or a similar role is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
