Job Summary

J&A; Business Group is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to create engaging digital content that promotes our services, strengthens brand visibility and supports social media engagement and lead generation.

The candidate will be responsible for creating Reels, short videos, promotional content, graphics and social media posts for J&A;'s different business divisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Create Reels, short videos, promotional videos, graphics, captions and social media posts.
- Develop content for Recruitment, Migration & Work Permit, Higher Studies, Training, Tourism and J&A; Academy.
- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Shoot and edit videos for interviews, testimonials, events, staff activities and promotional content.
- Manage content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Use Canva and video-editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent.
- Write creative captions, headlines, scripts and calls-to-action.
- Research social media trends and develop new content ideas.
- Coordinate with branch managers and department heads for content requirements.




- Support digital marketing campaigns with creative content.
- Monitor content performance including reach, views, engagement, enquiries and leads.
- Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, creatives and testimonials.
- Ensure all content follows J&A;'s branding and quality standards.

Required Skills
- Strong creativity and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms.
- Good video shooting and editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Good writing and storytelling ability.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and digital marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong practical skills and a good portfolio may also be considered.
- Portfolio of previous work is preferred.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
