Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can create engaging content for our social media platforms, website, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with reels, short-form videos, graphics, captions, scripts, and social media trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, posts, stories, and promotional content
- Write scripts, captions, hooks, and creative content for social media
- Shoot and edit short-form videos
- Create basic graphics, thumbnails, and promotional creatives
- Research trending topics, formats, sounds, and content ideas
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar
- Create content around jobs, careers, technology, AI, recruitment, and company products
- Coordinate with the marketing and business teams for campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand tone and visual quality




- Track content performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills
- Good communication and creative thinking
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop
- Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and current social media trends
- Good Hindi and English communication
- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera is preferred
- Ability to generate recent content ideas independently

Preferred
- Previous experience creating reels or social media content
- Personal portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel, or sample work
- Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-based content creation tools

Pay: ₹10,148.90 - ₹35,235.08 per month
