Role Description We are looking for a creative, execution-driven Content Creator with a strong understanding of social media and the ability to take ideas from concept to final execution. The role involves creating engaging, relatable and culturally relevant content around craft beer, food, dining experiences and brewpub culture.

Qualifications

- Intermediate or Graduate with 3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, food & beverage marketing or creative agencies.
- Strong social media understanding, particularly Instagram and Reels.
- Excellent writing, storytelling and independent ideation skills.




- Hands-on experience in video shooting, editing and end-to-end content production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and professional video-editing software.
- Strong visualization skills and understanding of social-first design and audience engagement.
- Curiosity about food, craft beer and hospitality, with the ability to represent the brand's voice authentically.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, including on-site shoots during service hours.

Key Responsibilities

- Ideate and create original social-first content for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute Reels, short-form videos, carousels, static posts and stories.
- Own the end-to-end content process, including ideation, scripting, shooting, editing and publishing.
- Capture and showcase food, drinks, brewing process and in-house experiences in an appetizing, authentic way.
- Identify social media trends and develop recurring content formats to drive footfall and audience engagement.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to highlight new menu launches, brews and events.
- Experiment with recent creative formats and AI-powered content creation tools.
