- Create engaging and creative Instagram Reels, short videos and trending content.
- Actively participate and appear in reels/videos as required.
- Identify trending topics, sounds, formats and concepts to create viral content.
- Develop creative ideas, scripts, hooks and concepts for reels.
- Shoot, edit and publish high-quality short-form video content.
- Track reel performance and continuously improve content for better reach and engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and reel trends.
Skills & Requirements:
- Must have a strong understanding of Reel Creation & Short-Form Video Content.
- Comfortable and confident facing the camera and participating in reels.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop viral/trending content ideas.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting and editing apps/tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Instagram algorithms, trends, and engagement is a plus.
- Energetic, confident, presentable, and enthusiastic personality.
