We are looking for a proactive and strategic Content & Digital Marketing Executive to shape our brand narrative, create impactful content, drive lead generation through optimized digital marketing campaigns and establish The Digital Fifth as a thought leader in BFSI digital transformation.

Role Overview

As a Content & Digital Marketing Executive , you will drive our content strategy while ensuring its alignment with business goals and audience needs. You will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content across multiple platforms, executing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing lead generation through SEO and funnel management.

You will work closely with consulting, marketing, and technical teams to produce high-impact content that educates, engages, and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Development

- Research, write, and edit high-quality content, including:

1. Newsletter articles
2. LinkedIn blog posts
3. Industry reports
4. Whitepapers
5. PR content

- Develop compelling product decks and marketing collateral using insights from reports and consulting engagements.
- Translate complex BFSI and fintech concepts into engaging and accessible content for different audience segments.

2. Digital Marketing & Funnel Management

- Plan and execute content-driven marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Utilize website content, SEO, and social media to optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.

3. SEO & Digital Presence

- Develop an SEO-driven content strategy to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.




- Optimize website content, blogs, and reports with best-in-class SEO practices to improve search rankings.

4. Social Media & Campaign Execution

- Develop engaging LinkedIn articles and social media content to establish The Digital Fifth as a trusted voice in BFSI digital transformation.
- Align content with industry trends, fintech advancements, and consulting insights to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:

- MBA, BBA, B.Tech, MA (Mass Communication), or BA/MA (Journalism) or any equivalent qualification.
- Experience of 2 years in BFSI, fintech, consulting or digital transformation-focused content creation.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
- Deep understanding of BFSI markets, including trends in fintech, digital banking, and digital transformation.
- Strong digital marketing acumen with expertise in content marketing and lead generation.
- Proven ability to write both technical and non-technical content with clarity and impact.
- Strong research skills with the ability to convert complex topics into compelling narratives.
- Knowledge of SEO principles, funnel management, and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent collaboration skills – ability to work cross-functionally with consulting, marketing, and technical teams.
- Passion for storytelling, industry analysis, and driving engagement through content.
