Role Description The Consulting Doctor will provide on-site, full-time clinical services at the Vellarikkund location, focusing on hair transplant and hair restoration consultations.

Responsibilities include conducting detailed patient assessments, reviewing medical histories, diagnosing hair and scalp conditions, and recommending appropriate treatment plans. The role involves explaining procedures, potential outcomes, and risks in clear, empathetic language, and obtaining informed consent.

The Consulting

Doctor will oversee and coordinate treatment, collaborate with hair specialists and support staff, monitor patient progress,



and ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. Additional duties may include maintaining accurate medical records, participating in case discussions, and contributing to ongoing quality improvement and patient education initiatives.

Qualifications

- Medical degree from a recognized institution and valid medical registration; specialized training or experience in dermatology, trichology, or cosmetic procedures is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing hair and scalp disorders and in advising on hair transplant and hair restoration treatment options.
- Solid patient consultation skills, including the ability to explain clinical information clearly, manage expectations, and provide compassionate, non-judgmental care.
- Proficiency in maintaining detailed medical documentation, following clinical protocols, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment, collaborate with other doctors and hair specialists, and adapt to a busy on-site setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages, along with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous professional development.
