- - Deliver face-to-face and, where required, virtual training programmes for teachers and school leaders.

- Familiarity with NIPUN Bharat and foundational learning objectives will be an advantage.

B. English Language Learning & Acquisition

- - English language teaching and acquisition.
- English teaching in multilingual classrooms.
- LSRW - Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing.
- Communicative language teaching and learner-centred approaches.
- Vocabulary, grammar and reading development.
- Understanding of language acquisition principles.
- Familiarity with CEFR or other language proficiency frameworks will be an advantage.

C. Pedagogy

- - Robust understanding of effective teaching-learning practices.

- - Study KEF training manuals, facilitator guides, presentations and supporting resources.
- Participate in training orientation and preparation sessions.
- Conduct dry runs and practice facilitation before programme delivery.
- Adapt examples and activities to suit the profile and context of participants.
- Use real-life classroom and school experiences to contextualise training.
- Provide constructive feedback to participants during practice and teach-back activities.
- Maintain the intended learning outcomes and quality standards of KEF programmes.

4. Field Implementation

- - Travel extensively within the assigned state to conduct teacher and school leadership training.
- Work with government and other partner schools as required.
- Facilitate training for diverse groups of teachers, Head Teachers and school leaders.
- Collaborate with KEF project and field teams.
- Represent KEF professionally at schools, training centres and partner locations.
- Demonstrate flexibility regarding training locations, schedules and participant groups.

5. Documentation & Quality Assurance

- - Maintain records of training programmes delivered.
- Complete training reports and required documentation within stipulated timelines.
- Collect participant feedback and field observations.
- Share insights regarding classroom and school-level challenges.
- Suggest improvements to training content and delivery based on field experience.
- Adhere to KEF training quality standards and processes.
