Senior Consultant to join our Advisory practice to lead project workstreams and solve complex business problems for our clients. In this role, you will manage day-to-day project execution, analyze organizational data, and design actionable strategies to improve performance

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Lead specific project workstreams, ensuring high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within scope.

- Problem Solving: Conduct structured research, qualitative analysis, and data gathering to diagnose client issues and identify operational bottlenecks.

- Client Management: Facilitate client workshops, present strategic findings to key stakeholders, and maintain strong professional relationships.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, reviewing their work and supporting their professional development.

- Solution Design:



Develop comprehensive reports, roadmaps, and business cases to help clients successfully implement organizational changes.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 4–6+ years of skilled experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or a specialized advisory role.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communication, or a related field (Advanced degree or MBA is a plus).

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and make data-backed recommendations.

- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a proven track record of presenting to senior leadership.
