Description We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Functional Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP implementations and business process consulting. The ideal candidate will work closely with customers and project teams to analyze business requirements, conduct workshops, design functional solutions, support system configuration, and ensure successful user adoption through training and knowledge transfer.

A Typical Day In The Life Includes

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from customers and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Conduct client workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.
- Support ERP solution prototyping and demonstrate proposed business processes.
- Collaborate with technical teams during configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Prepare functional documentation including process flows, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist in issue resolution.
- Deliver end-user training and develop training materials.
- Provide functional support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining quality and timelines.

Basic Qualifications

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and customer focused.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Functional Skills

- 3 to 5 years of experience working with any ERP application.
- Hands-on experience in business requirement gathering and functional analysis.
- Experience preparing functional specifications and solution documentation.




- Ability to facilitate client workshops and requirement discussions.
- Experience in business process mapping and process improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle and testing methodologies.
- Experience in solution prototyping and process demonstrations.
- Experience conducting end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, finance, procurement, or related business processes.
- Experience in ERP implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall project methodologies.
- ERP certification would be an added advantage.
