Job Summary

Lead the construction and execution of ground-mounted solar projects (5-25 MWp), ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality, safety, cost, and project standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage construction engineers, subcontractors, and site teams

- Plan and monitor daily and weekly construction activities

- Ensure project execution meets quality, HSE, cost, and schedule targets

- Manage vendors and I&C; contractors

- Coordinate with Project Management, Procurement, Design, SCM, and clients

- Monitor material requirements and inventory at site

- Manage JMR, subcontractor billing, MRN, LR, and project documentation

- Resolve site-level construction issues and coordinate with stakeholders

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports

- Ensure compliance with approved QAP, work instructions, and HSE requirements

Skills





- 3-6 years experience in construction / project execution

- Minimum 2 years experience in solar power plant construction (> 5 MW ground-mounted)

- Engineering degree, preferably Electrical

- Strong team, vendor, and subcontractor management skills

- Good problem-solving and communication skills

- Knowledge of solar construction, quality, and HSE requirements

- Willingness to work at project sites in Karnataka
