Job Title: Connex Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Connex Developer with 3-6 years of experience in the payments domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting ACI Connex applications, with a strong understanding of payment transaction processing, switch interfaces, and banking/payment ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain applications using ACI Connex .
- Design and implement payment transaction workflows and interfaces.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support enhancements, bug fixes, and production issues.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and testing teams.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and performance-related issues.

Required Skills





- 3-6 years of experience in ACI Connex Development .
- Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and transaction switching.
- Hands-on experience with Connex scripts, interfaces, and message formats .
- Understanding of ISO 8583 , card payments, ATM/POS transaction processing, and acquiring/issuing systems.
- Experience in development, support, and production troubleshooting.
- Valuable knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to banking and financial services projects.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Familiarity with payment networks such as Visa, Mastercard, NPCI, or similar ecosystems.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Location Preference: Chennai (Work from Office).
