Must Have

- Identifies the CIs and products.Plans and manages a population of the Configuration Management S
- ystem.Controls the receipt, identification, storage, and withdrawal of all supporte CIs.Provides and maintains information on
- CMDB.Directs, prioritizes and schedules audits, ensures that any corrective action identified in Process and/or Database audits are carrie out.Interfaces with other processes and CI owners to ensure they follow the defined Configuration Management process.Ensure regular housekeeping of theCMDB.
