Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Candidates with knowledge of GeM, e-tendering, government tenders, and quotation preparation will be preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and monitoring government and private tenders
- Searching and tracking relevant tender opportunities
- Preparing and submitting tender documents within deadlines
- Maintaining tender-related records and documentation
- Preparing quotations, commercial documents, and related correspondence
- Data entry, document preparation,
and maintaining Excel records
- Coordinating with internal teams for technical and commercial information
- Supporting day-to-day office and administrative activities

· Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office

· Able to work independently as well as in a team
