Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure teacher learning and training effectiveness .

Review Monthly Progress

Reports (MPRs) and monitor academic quality. Guide teachers in preparing students for robotics exhibitions, competitions, and STEM events . Conduct faculty orientations, demo lectures, workshops, and refresher training sessions. Resolve teachers' technical, academic, and classroom-related challenges .
