- We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable Fleet Compliance Officer to manage the end-to-end documentation, regulatory compliance, and insurance for our construction equipment and commercial vehicle fleet. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling RTO regulations, state permits, fitness certifications, and comprehensive asset insurance specifically for heavy machinery and construction vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- RTO &
- Regulatory Compliance:

Manage all Regional Transport Office (RTO) formalities, including timely payment of RTO Taxes, road taxes, and state/national permit renewals.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Experience: Proven experience managing fleet compliance, specifically for heavy machinery or construction equipment (e.g., excavators, tippers, cranes, transit mixers).

- Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of RTO rules, permit structures, taxation laws, and heavy machinery insurance policies.

- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with government portals (like Vahan/Sarathi) and fleet management software is highly preferred.

- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail,



and the ability to work under tight compliance deadlines.

- Fitness &
- Certification:

Schedule, track, and secure Fitness Certificates (FC) and pollution certificates for all construction equipment and vehicles to ensure zero operational downtime.

- Insurance Management: Handle end-to-end Vehicle &

- Machinery Insurance

, including policy renewals, endorsements, and processing accidental or breakdown damage claims.

- Liaison &

- Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact with RTO officials, insurance brokers, surveyors, and external agents to resolve compliance bottlenecks.

- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is mandatory.

- Excel Skills: Must be highly proficient in Excel for tracking asset data (e.g., using formulas, lookups, and conditional formatting for expiry dates).
