– COMPUTER OPERATOR

Position: Computer Operator

Department: Administration / Operations

Reporting To: HR

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain and update ERP system data on a regular basis.
- Enter, verify, and retrieve information from the ERP software.
- Maintain and update Excel sheets, MIS reports, attendance records, and operational reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and ERP data.
- Maintain proper records of transactions, documents, and company information.
- Handle emails, printing, scanning, photocopying, and document management.
- Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Admin, Sales, Service, and other departments for data requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of ERP and Excel records.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned department for correction.
- Maintain proper digital and physical filing of documents.
- Support management in preparing MIS and other required reports.




- Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
- Perform other computer-related and administrative duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, filters, sorting, basic formulas, formatting, and MIS preparation.
- Working knowledge of ERP software and ability to maintain ERP records.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Email, and Internet.
- Good typing and data-entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.

Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Experience: 1–3 years in Computer Operator / Data Entry / MIS / ERP-related work preferred.
- Candidates with experience in automobile, service centre, hotel, or other operational businesses will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
