Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer role based in Bengaluru. The CNC Programmer will develop, optimize, and verify CNC programs for milling and machining operations to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing engineering blueprints, selecting appropriate tools and cutting parameters, setting up and testing programs on CNC machines, and adjusting programs to improve accuracy, cycle time, and tool life.

The role involves close collaboration with machinists, quality inspectors, and engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues, reduce scrap,



and ensure compliance with aerospace and automation industry standards. The CNC Programmer will also maintain documentation, follow safety and quality procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in CNC Programming and Programming for milling and related machining operations.
- Hands-on experience in Machining and Milling processes for precision components.
- Ability to interpret and work from Technical Drawings, engineering blueprints, and 3D models.
- Proficiency with CNC controllers (e.g., FANUC, Siemens, or similar) and CAM/CAE software is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of cutting tools, materials, feeds and speeds, and process optimization.
- Knowledge of quality control practices, measurement tools, and tolerance requirements in precision manufacturing.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a production environment.
- Willingness to work in office in Bengaluru and adhere to safety, quality, and ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
