- Education: PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced coding skills in languages such as C, C , Python, Java, or Golang.
- Core Competencies: Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and specialized hardware/software tools (e.g., FPGA, CAD, or distributed concurrency frameworks)
- Advanced Research & Development: Lead cutting-edge research initiatives in specialized domains like AI/ML systems, distributed systems, computer architecture, or VLSI design.
- System Design & Optimization: Architect, prototype, and scale large, complex, or distributed hardware/software infrastructures.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose deep technical bottlenecks, perform rigorous complexity/algorithmic analysis, and create novel solutions.
- Technical Communication: Document findings, author patent applications, publish in peer-reviewed journals, and present technical concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Mentorship & Leadership: Guide junior engineers, collaborate with academic or industrial research partners, and drive project ownership.
