Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with 5–10 years of experience to oversee regulatory, statutory, and internal compliance requirements. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely compliance, managing audits and inspections, identifying compliance risks, and coordinating with internal departments and external authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Monitor and manage statutory compliance calendars, returns, renewals, and registrations.
- Review compliance requirements and ensure timely submission of necessary documents and returns.
- Conduct periodic internal compliance reviews and identify gaps.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.
- Handle statutory inspections and ensure timely closure of observations.
- Maintain compliance registers, records, licenses, certificates, and supporting documentation.
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly compliance reports and MIS for senior management.
- Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and communicate relevant updates to management.
- Ensure implementation of internal policies, procedures, and compliance controls.
- Investigate compliance-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.




- Follow up with respective departments to ensure timely closure of compliance action points.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; LLB / MBA / PG Diploma in Compliance, HR, Legal, or related field will be an advantage.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in compliance, statutory compliance, legal compliance, or a related function.
- Experience in handling audits, inspections, statutory documentation, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple compliance activities and meet strict deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
