nQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter / CA Dropout, Cost Accountant (CMA)

nExperience: Minimum 2 Years & Above

nKey Responsibilities:

n

n
1. Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C, ISD, and posting entries in Books.
n
2. Reconciliation of GST data with books of accounts and GST portal records.
n
3. Handling GST & Income Tax notices, assessments, audits, and departmental queries.
n
4. Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS returns and ensuring timely deposit of monthly taxes.
n
5. Coordination with tax consultants, auditors for closing the Statutory & Other audits.
n
6. Preparation and filing of MCA forms including DIR-3 KYC, DPT-3, MSME-1, AOC-4, MGT-7/MGT-7A, PAS-6, ADT-1 and other event-based filings
n
7. Daily monitoring of bank balances and cash flow positions.
n
8.



Management of surplus funds through investments in Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bonds, Debt Instruments
n
9. Handling investment transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and renewals.
n
10. Managing Loan Against Securities (LAS), overdraft facilities, and other treasury funding arrangements
n
11. Coordination with banks, mutual fund houses, wealth managers, brokers, and financial institutions.
n
12. Monitoring interest income, dividend income, capital gains, and investment-related charges.
n
13. Preparation of treasury and investment MIS reports for management review.
n
14. Managing offshore entity’s transactions.
