As a Community Manager at Hoppr, you will be responsible for building an active sports community, engaging players and customers, coordinating activities at the sports facility, and helping increase participation across our sports programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, engage, and grow the local sports community around Hoppr
- Interact regularly with players, members, parents, coaches, and visitors
- Organize and coordinate tournaments, leagues, matches, events, and community activities
- Promote Football, Badminton, Pickleball, coaching programs, and Pay & Play activities
- Manage community communication through WhatsApp groups, calls, social media, and on-ground interactions
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into bookings, memberships, and program participation
- Encourage repeat bookings and maintain robust relationships with existing customers
- Coordinate with coaches and operations teams for smooth execution of activities
- Collect customer feedback and help improve the overall player experience
- Support local partnerships, corporate/community tie-ups,
and promotional activities
- Maintain records of enquiries, participation, bookings, and community engagement
Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience in community management, sports operations, customer engagement, events, sales, hospitality, fitness, or a similar customer-facing role.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable interacting with different groups of people, have an interest in sports, and be willing to take ownership of community growth.
Experience working with sports academies, sports clubs, fitness centres, recreational facilities, events, or sports communities will be an added advantage.
