This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, accounts management, or communication within a performance marketing or creative agency.

Who We're Looking For:

✅ Position: Communications Associate

✅ Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a performance marketing agency or creative agency environment

✅ Education:



Bachelor's degree in Mass Media Communication or a related field ( bonus points for Mass Media Communication graduates! )

✅ Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand client goals and translate them into explicit creative briefs
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and ad campaigns across digital channels
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

✅ Salary Range:₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month ( based on skills and experience ) ✅ Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
