Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in New Delhi. The associate will identify prospective clients, generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals, and present property options that match client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property tours, explaining project features and pricing, negotiating terms, and supporting clients through the closing process.

The role also involves maintaining an updated database of listings and client interactions, coordinating with internal teams for documentation, and meeting individual sales and revenue targets.



The position is performance-based, offering earning potential tied directly to successful sales transactions.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build trust with diverse clients.
- Basic understanding of real estate markets, property types, and transaction processes (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Proficiency in using phones, email, and basic office software to manage leads and follow-ups.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, conduct regular field visits, and manage a flexible schedule based on client availability.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission-driven compensation structure.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
