Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commis 1, Commis 2, and Commis 3 chefs to join our kitchen team. Candidates should have a strong interest in food preparation, good knowledge of kitchen operations, and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook food according to standard recipes and kitchen guidelines.
- Work in the assigned section and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Handle mise en place, food preparation, portioning, and plating.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Coordinate with senior chefs and other kitchen team members during service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station.
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Follow instructions from the Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, and Executive Chef.

Candidate Requirements





- Previous experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or commercial kitchen is preferred.
- Freshers with relevant culinary training may also apply.
- Valuable understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good discipline, punctuality, and communication skills.

Positions Available

- Commis 1 – Experienced candidates with good section-handling skills.
- Commis 2 – Candidates with basic professional kitchen experience.
- Commis 3 – Entry-level candidates / culinary trainees.
