- Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat, sauces, and garnishes.
- Cook food according to recipes and standard procedures.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion size.
- Follow proper food hygiene and safety standards.
- Keep the kitchen workstation clean and organized.
- Check and maintain the freshness of ingredients.
- Assist with mise en place before service.
- Support the Chef de Partie during busy service periods.
- Store food properly and follow FIFO (First In, First Out).
- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Follow instructions from senior chefs and work effectively with the kitchen team.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
