Qualification

- 1. Candidates with an MBA/PGDM in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related specialization will be given preference.

- 1. Relevant skilled certifications in Logistics Management, Contract Management, Procurement or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

- a) Trade Compliance: Oversee international trade compliance, customs documentation, tariff classification, and regulatory clearances.

- b) Freight Forwarding: Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines to negotiate freight rates, manage shipping routes, and track transit milestones.

- c) Risk Mitigation: Mitigate supply chain disruptions, manage strict delivery timelines, and maintain robust relationships with vendors and carriers.

- a) OEM Ordering: Place and track purchase orders with international and domestic OEMswhile managing lead times, allocations, and product specifications.

- b) Project Procurement: Drive vendor selection, material procurement, and provide continuous updates to leadership on procurement status.

- a) Documentation Control: Oversee the direct issue of Goods Received Notes (GRN), Gate Passes, Delivery Challans (DC), and E-Way bills.

- b) Stock Auditing: Manage the inventory of all core principals and conduct mandatory physical stock verifications on a monthly basis.

- a) Logistics Handling: Manage the pickup of Free of Cost (FOC) units from their origin and coordinate final delivery to the customer.

- b) Record Keeping: Maintain flawless records of all FOC items, managing service units both under warranty and out of warranty.

Oversee the accurate generation of commercial sales invoices, packing lists, and credit notes to ensure perfect alignment with order terms.

- b) Payments Collection: Ensure timely collections from clients strictly adhering to agreed payment terms.

- c) Quotation Supervision: Monitor, audit, and support the internal team responsible for generating technical and commercial customer quotes to ensure speed and accuracy.

- d) MIS Reporting: Maintain daily data on sales/purchase order statuses, invoices, and margins to submit accurate weekly MIS reports to management.

Key Requirements

- 1. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Incoterms, customs rules and international shipping procedures.

- 1. Leadership: Proven track record of managing operational teams, specifically quotation or administrative desks.

- 1. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Excel.

- 1. Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills and clear communication to liaise seamlessly across international time zones and maintain regular status updates with clients.

- 1. Insurance: To manage and coordinate with Insurance companies for adequate insurance coverage for good in transit and stores across all locations and shipments.
