Job Title: Commercial Lines - Claims Executive

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: General Insurance / Insurance Broking

:

- Handle and coordinate Commercial Lines claims from intimation to settlement.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in handling Engineering Claims and/or Motor Claims.
- Coordinate with clients, insurers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
- Verify claim documents and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Follow up on claim status, queries, assessments, and settlements.
- Maintain accurate claim records and provide regular updates to clients.
- Resolve claim-related queries and ensure smooth claim processing.

Key Skills:

- Experience in Engineering Claims and/or Motor Claims
- Positive understanding of the claims process
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
