nEmisha Global is looking for an experienced Collibra Practice Lead to lead and grow our Collibra consulting and delivery capability across our expanding data governance portfolio.

nWe are looking for someone who combines deep Collibra expertise, hands-on implementation experience, solution architecture skills, and robust customer engagement capabilities .

nWhat we’re looking for

n Collibra Ranger Certification – Mandatory

n Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end Collibra implementations in enterprise environments

nStrong hands-on knowledge of Collibra Data Intelligence Platform , including:

n

- Data Governance & Catalog
n
- Business Glossary and Operating Models
n
- Data Marketplace
n
- Data Quality & Observability
n
- Workflow design and configuration
n
- Metadata ingestion, integrations and lineage
n
- Roles, responsibilities, policies and governance frameworks
n

nAbility to lead solution architecture, design, configuration and implementation of enterprise Collibra solutions

nExperience translating business and governance requirements into scalable Collibra operating models

nStrong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, lineage and metadata management concepts

n Experience leading consultants and providing technical and delivery oversight across multiple engagements





n Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with CDAOs, Data Governance leaders, Data Owners, Stewards and technology teams

n Ability to support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, proposals and customer demonstrations

nThe Role

n

nAs our Collibra Practice Lead , you will take ownership of the Collibra capability within Emisha — helping define delivery standards, build reusable accelerators and best practices, mentor consultants, support strategic opportunities and ensure successful delivery across customer engagements.

nThis is not purely a management role. We are looking for someone who can lead from the front and remain close to architecture, solution design and implementation.

nYou will also play an important role in helping us build and scale the Collibra practice across APAC and other international markets .

n

nExperience: Senior / Practice Lead level

nCollibra Ranger Certification: Mandatory
