About Teammates Academy

Teammates Academy is a leading competitive exam coaching institute in Kerala, offering preparation for Banking, SSC, Railways, Insurance and other government examinations through offline, live online and recorded learning formats.

We are looking for an energetic and well-organized College Outreach & Programs Coordinator to strengthen our presence across colleges and coordinate college-oriented programmes, orientations, workshops and student engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute college orientations, seminars, workshops and awareness programmes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, departments, faculty members, student coordinators and college organizations.
- Coordinate with colleges to identify opportunities for student engagement programmes and academic initiatives.
- Plan and manage the complete execution of college programmes, from initial communication to on-ground coordination.
- Represent Teammates Academy during college visits, orientations, career awareness sessions and events.
- Coordinate with internal academic, marketing and operations teams for programme execution.
- Maintain a database of colleges, contacts, programmes and institutional interactions.
- Follow up with colleges and student coordinators for upcoming programmes and collaborations.
- Identify opportunities for academic partnerships, student activities and campus outreach.




- Support promotional activities and student lead generation through college programmes.
- Prepare basic reports on college visits, programmes conducted, student participation and leads generated.
- Travel to colleges and institutions as required for programme coordination.

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with college authorities, faculty members and students.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Confident in public interaction and presentations.
- Willingness to travel for college visits and programmes.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate with different teams.
- Prior experience in college outreach, event coordination, education sales, business development, marketing or institutional relations will be an advantage.
