Acuerdo India Private Limited is hiring Collection Executives for our Gurugram office. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves customer calling, payment follow-ups, collection activities, and achieving monthly collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
- Handle collection and recovery-related calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers and resolve basic payment-related queries.
- Maintain customer details and call records in CRM.
- Follow up regularly with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
- Maintain proper records and reports of collection activities.
Requirements
- Positive Hindi communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Comfortable working with collection and performance targets.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with experience in collection, recovery, telecalling, BPO, telesales, or customer service are preferred.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary & Incentives Salary: As per interview and candidate profile
Incentives: Performance-based incentives available, up to ₹1,00,000*
Subject to applicable targets and company policy.
