Salary: DRA Certified: Up to ₹24,000 per month (Based on last CTC) Non-DRA: Up to ₹18,000 per month Incentives:

: We are urgently looking for experienced and result-driven Collection Executives for our prestigious Banking Process. Candidates must have prior experience in loan/credit collections and strong negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities: Reach out to customers regarding outstanding dues and negotiate feasible repayment terms. Follow ethical collection guidelines and banking protocols for recovery. Update records, call statuses, and payment details accurately in the system.
Consistently meet or exceed recovery targets to earn high monthly incentives.
Eligibility & Requirements: Experience: Minimum 6 months of mandatory experience in Debt Collection / Recovery (Banking/NBFC/Fintech).
Language Requirements: English (Mandatory) Plus any one Regional Language: Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu (Fluent speaking skills).
Shift & Working Days: Shift Timing: Day Shift (Rotational Day Shifts). Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week-Offs. Work Mode: Work from Office
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
