Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues.
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize bad debt.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct field visits to collect payments and negotiate payment plans.
- Analyze and report on collection performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Job Requirements
- Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in collections or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
