Part-Time B2B Cold Caller

About the Role

We are a B2B lead generation agency helping businesses generate qualified sales opportunities through cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels.

We are looking for a B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter who can speak confidently with business owners and decision-makers in the United States and Canada, qualify prospects, and book quality appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to B2B companies in the U.S. and Canada.
- Speak with business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
- Explain our lead generation services clearly and professionally.
- Identify prospects who may be a good fit for our services.
- Qualify prospects based on our qualification criteria.
- Handle common objections and maintain skilled conversations.
- Book qualified appointments for our sales team.
- Update call outcomes and prospect information in our CRM.
- Follow our calling scripts, processes, and daily activity targets.
- Communicate regularly with the team about calls, objections, and appointment quality.

Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales,



or business development.
- Understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Clear and confident spoken English.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection.
- Able to qualify prospects rather than simply book meetings.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet calling environment.
- Available to work during CST business hours.

Preferred
- Experience calling businesses in the U.S. or Canada.
- Experience selling B2B marketing, lead generation, SaaS, consulting, or similar services.
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales dialers.

Schedule

Monday–Saturday, [4 hours/day] during [exact CST hours, e.g. 8:30 AM–12:30 PM CST].
