● Operate and monitor cold forging header machines

● Set up machines, adjust die configurations, and calibrate equipment according to specifications

● Perform quality control inspections on finished components to ensure compliance with specifications

● Monitor production metrics and maintain detailed production records

● Identify and report equipment malfunctions or deviations promptly

● Maintain machine safety and cleanliness standards throughout shifts

● Coordinate with supervisors and maintenance teams to ensure optimal machine performance

● Troubleshoot common operational issues and make minor adjustments as needed

● 2-5 years of experience operating cold forging header machines or similar metal processing equipment

● Solid understanding of cold forging processes, tooling,



and die maintenance

● Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

● Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

● High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing preferred
