Role Description As a Co-Founder at Easy Wash, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategy, operations, and growth from the ground up. This full-time, on-site position in Bhopal involves overseeing daily business activities, including planning and executing sales and marketing initiatives, managing customer relationships, and refining the service offering based on user feedback and market trends.

You will collaborate on product and process development, contribute to financial planning and budgeting, and help build and manage a lean, high-performing team. The role also includes monitoring operational efficiency,



ensuring service quality and hygiene standards, and driving partnerships and local business development to expand Easy Wash’s reach.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, market trends, and customer insights to guide decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers, partners, team members, and investors.
- Sales skills with experience in lead generation, conversion, and customer retention in a B2C environment.
- Marketing skills, including digital marketing, brand building, and local market activation.
- Research skills to explore current opportunities, assess competitors, and continuously improve service offerings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of outcomes.
- Experience in operations, service delivery, or consumer services is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhopal and commit to building the venture over the long term.
