Role Description The Co-Founder role at Criclive.in is a full-time, in office position based in Janakpuri. This role involves driving overall business strategy, overseeing product development, and shaping the platform’s content and community direction. The Co-Founder will manage daily operations, coordinate with content creators, marketing partners, and technical teams, and ensure that live commentary, features, and fan engagement meet quality and speed standards.

Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven decisions to expand Criclive.in’s reach.



The Co-Founder will also represent the brand in external interactions, contribute to fundraising and revenue initiatives, and help foster a collaborative, fan-first culture.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret user data, traffic metrics, and market trends to guide strategy.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams, engaging stakeholders, and representing the brand externally.
- Proven sales skills, with experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or business development in digital or sports-related domains.
- Marketing skills, including digital marketing, brand positioning, and audience growth for online platforms.
- Research skills to stay ahead of industry developments, competitor activity, and evolving fan preferences.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, ideally in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Strong interest in cricket and sports media, with a deep understanding of fan behavior and digital communities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant startup experience is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Janakpuri, take ownership of outcomes, and thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial setting.
