Its technology is optimized for Indian biomass, enabling cost-efficient, scalable, and circular manufacturing processes. By transforming farm residues, Cellumantra helps reduce crop-burning pollution and reliance on imported raw materials, creating climate-positive industrial solutions.

Role Description The Co-Founder with Investments role is a full-time remote position focused on building and scaling Cellumantra’s cleantech business and financing strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include shaping company vision and roadmap, supporting technology-to-market alignment, and collaborating with the founding team on strategic decisions.

The role involves developing and executing go-to-market and fundraising strategies, identifying potential investors, partners, and customers, and participating in pitch meetings and stakeholder negotiations. The Co-Founder will help refine value propositions for target industries, guide pricing and business models, and support sales and marketing initiatives, including outreach, presentations, and digital presence. This position also includes reviewing market and policy trends, analyzing financial and operational metrics,



and ensuring that growth plans are aligned with sustainability and regulatory requirements across remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to evaluate markets, business models, unit economics, and investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills for investor pitches, partner negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Sales skills to drive customer acquisition, manage pipelines, and close B2B opportunities in relevant industries.
- Marketing skills to support go-to-market planning, brand positioning, and outreach in cleantech and biotech sectors.
- Research skills to track industry trends, regulatory changes, sustainability standards, and competitor landscapes.
- Experience in startup leadership, venture capital, corporate finance, or business development is highly beneficial.
- Background in cleantech, biotechnology, materials science, or related domains is preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely, take ownership, and make data-informed decisions in a rapid-paced environment.
- Comfort with equity-based compensation structures and willingness to contribute investment capital to the venture.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
