Role DescriptionCo-Founder – Child PsychologistThis is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder opportunity based in Hosur for a Child Psychologist who wants to contribute expertise while helping build BrightBond Care's psychology-led childcare ecosystem.
As a Co-Founder, you will take ownership of the child psychology and development domain across our caregiver training programs, childcare services, creches, preschool partnerships, and family-focused initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include
- Developing child psychology and child development frameworks for caregiver training
- Shaping psychology-informed childcare practices and professional standards
- Contributing to caregiver training, assessments, and certification frameworks
- Developing educational resources for caregivers and parents
- Supporting child wellbeing and behavioural development initiatives
- Conducting parent and community education sessions
- Collaborating with caregivers, childcare professionals, educators, and partner organizations
- Contributing to research-informed program design and continuous improvement
- Helping build the psychology and child wellbeing vertical within BrightBond Care
- Participating in strategic discussions around programs, partnerships, service offerings, and future growth
This opportunity is suited to someone who wants to go beyond a professional role and help build a new organization and its approach to childcare from an early stage. Qualifications
- Advanced degree or relevant professional qualification in Child Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field
- Relevant qualified registration or licensure where required by applicable regulations
- Experience working with children and families, preferably in early childhood, school, clinical, or community settings
- Strong understanding of child development, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and family dynamics
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain psychological concepts in practical, accessible language
- Ability to develop structured learning content, frameworks, and resources
- Research-oriented and evidence-informed approach to program development
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership in an early-stage organization
- Interest in building scalable childcare, caregiver training, and child wellbeing solutions
- Willingness to work on-site in Hosur and participate actively in building the organization
