As we aggressively expand our core footprint, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder & Business Head to launch and scale our New Car Vertical from ground zero.

The Prospect

This is not a traditional corporate management role—it is a founding executive position .

You will own the entire P&L;, strategic direction, and operational execution for the New Car division. Your primary mission will be unlocking supply-side partnerships across OEM dealer networks, leading enterprise alliances (auto-fintech, insurance, digital marketplaces), and building high-velocity monetization channels from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Alliances & Supply-Side Partnerships (0 to 1)

- Architect, negotiate, and execute strategic tie-ups with authorized OEM dealership groups across major metro clusters (starting with Delhi-NCR).
- Build deep relationships with Dealer Principals, General Managers,



and corporate OEM sales heads to secure exclusive allocation, competitive pricing structures, and inventory feeds.
- Structure and close commercial integration agreements with non-captive auto financiers, private banks, NBFCs, and motor insurance providers.

1. Business Development & Revenue Generation

- Own vertical-level unit economics, gross margins, and top-line revenue targets.
- Build multi-stream monetization models: dealer lead generation, test-drive-at-home booking fees, transaction commissions, embedded finance/insurance payouts, and dealer SaaS/inventory display solutions.
- Spearhead pilot launches, test go-to-market (GTM) hypotheses quickly, and scale winning commercial plays across regional markets.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Product Co-Creation

- Work directly with the tech and product teams to translate commercial workflows into product requirements (e.g., dealer CRM integrations, stock management dashboards, instant quotation engines).
- Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to balance customer demand with dealer supply capacity.

1. Team Building & Operational Leadership

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing business development and key accounts team.
- Establish operational SLAs, partner dispute resolution protocols, and dealer performance tracking metrics.





What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 7–12+ years of high-impact commercial experience, with substantial exposure to the Indian automotive ecosystem (OEM dealer management, auto-tech marketplaces like CarDekho, Carwale, Spinny, or high-growth mobility startups).
- Network & Rolodex: Proven track record of closing high-value B2B/enterprise commercial deals and established relationships with multi-brand dealership networks across NCR/North India.
- Founder Mindset: High comfort with extreme ambiguity, zero-resource problem solving, and rolling up sleeves to close the first 100 dealer accounts personally.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of automotive gross margins, dealer financing (inventory funding), retail financing subventions, and consumer retail behavior.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, executive presence, and persuasive storytelling skills.
