Blue Ink House is a modern publishing company building a new ecosystem for authors, readers, and creators. Our vision is to make publishing more accessible by combining traditional publishing with technology, digital platforms, physical books, eBooks, audiobooks, author services, and AI-powered tools.

We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Co-Founder to join the founding team and help build Blue Ink House into a scalable publishing and media company.

This is not a traditional job role. You will be joining at the founding stage and will have the prospect to take ownership of major business functions, make strategic decisions, build teams, develop partnerships, and shape the future of the company.

Role Overview As a Co-Founder, you will work closely with the Founder/CEO to develop and execute Blue Ink House's business strategy.

The ideal candidate should be someone who is comfortable working in an early-stage environment, taking ownership, solving problems independently, and turning ideas into execution.

You may take primary ownership of areas such as:

- Business development
- Sales and partnerships
- Marketing and brand growth
- Author acquisition
- Publishing operations
- Corporate partnerships
- Product development
- Technology
- Finance and business strategy

The exact responsibilities will be based on your strengths and experience.

Key Responsibilities1.

Business

Growth





- Develop strategies to grow Blue Ink House's revenue and customer base.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Build relationships with authors, businesses, institutions, bookstores, distributors, and other partners.
- Explore B2B and B2C opportunities.

2. Author &

• Publisher Ecosystem

- Help build a strong network of authors and creators.
- Develop author acquisition and onboarding strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand publishing services.
- Build long-term relationships with authors.

3. Sales &

• Partnerships

- Generate and convert business opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships with companies, educational institutions, bookstores, brands, and organizations.
- Develop corporate publishing and bulk-order opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and partnership discussions where appropriate.

4. Marketing &

• Brand Building

- Develop and execute marketing strategies for Blue Ink House.
- Build the company's presence across digital channels.
- Develop campaigns for books, authors, and publishing services.
- Work with content creators, influencers, and other marketing partners.

5. Operations
- Help establish scalable publishing and operational processes.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, printers, marketers, developers,



and other vendors.
- Identify operational problems and develop practical solutions.
- Build systems that allow the company to scale.

6. Product &

• Technology Depending on your background, you may also contribute to:

- AI-powered publishing tools
- Author dashboards
- Publishing management systems
- eBook and audiobook platforms
- Digital products for authors and readers
- Automation and internal business systems

7. Strategic Planning
- Participate in company-level decision making.
- Develop short-term and long-term growth strategies.
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities.
- Help define Blue Ink House's vision, positioning, and expansion plans.
